Updates from me!

A few updates that all have to do with one thing...RUNNING! Challenge is what creates the change, so I have decided to challenge myself by signing up for my third half-marathon in October 2016. I'm going to hit the streets of Brooklyn again with the second annual Rock 'N' Roll Marathon - training begins in July,  but I am going to start upping my running to get me prepared. Boy, do I have work to do. Running is a completely different workout that I am not used to. Of course it's physical, but it's mostly mental, but come October... I'll be ready.

I've already announced this via Instagram, but I am also really excited to serve as a Women's Health Magazine Action Hero for 2016 alongside an amazing group of empowering women around the world! I'll be sharing my journey along the way, and of course, you guys will be right there with me! If you are living in NYC, please save the date for September 18th to run the Run10kFeed10 (proceeds benefit Feed America) with me + my fellow Action Heros! I'll be sharing my personal discount code soon so you guys can sign up to be on the #SWEATANDHEELS team - watch out for that. If you can't make it, I'll be virtually fundraising as well, so no fret. There are tons of ways to get involved, you can even create your own race with your local running group.

I also did an amazing photo shoot with the lovely Hallie Geller and will be sharing new content and photos with you all very soon. Fit familia,  forgive me, it's been awhile since I've checked in here - March and April have been crazy months so far, and Instagram has made sharing updates with you easy as 1-2-3!
